Ananda Lodge
Our family

A sanctuary built by a family — for the people who arrive.

Ananda Lodge isn't a company. It's the home Kim and Jason built so the people who come here would feel truly held. Everyone you meet on retreat — from facilitators to chefs — is part of that family.

Care at Ananda Lodge
Kim Ocaña — co-founder & lead facilitator

"I built what I wished I'd had."

Kim came to plant medicine through her own healing journey — through burnout, grief, and an old hunger to feel safe in her own body. What she found in traditional ceremony was profound, but what she needed alongside it was someone to truly hold her in the days, weeks, and months that followed.

Ananda is the place she built so no one would have to do this alone. She brings somatic experiencing, trauma-informed facilitation, and a fierce commitment to every guest's nervous system.

Jason Ocaña — co-founder

The quiet anchor of the lodge.

Jason is the grounding presence at Ananda. He tends the land, the kitchen, the practical details that make a sanctuary feel safe. He's the one who'll greet you off the van, walk the property with you, and sit quietly when words aren't needed.

His warmth is the kind that doesn't perform. It's just there — like a steady hand at the small of your back.

Our mission

To make the deepest healing work feel like coming home.

We believe people heal faster, deeper, and more sustainably when they are met with real human care. That's the work. That's the whole of it.
